By checking the box on the form, I expressly acknowledge and agree that submitting this inquiry form represents a non-binding expression of interest only and does not secure, guarantee, or "lock in" a spot in the 3-Seat ZIP program or any Affirm Mastermind event. I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Dynamic Availability: The availability of any ZIP code at the time of this submission is subject to change. A ZIP code is not secured until all onboarding requirements are completed.
2. Priority of Allocation: Priority for ZIP code allocation is granted on a first-come, first-served basis to agents who either: (a) successfully complete their license transfer under our sponsored program, or (b) complete active payment setup for a paid program option.
3. eXp Realty Sponsorship Compliance: If participating via the sponsored program option, I acknowledge that the selection of an eXp Realty sponsor is a significant, independent, and irrevocable decision pursuant to the eXp Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). Affirm Mastermind does not guarantee eXp regional approval, nor does this submission modify or override any existing or prior binding eXp sponsorship declarations.
4. No Income or Lead Guarantees: I understand that past performance of lead volume in any ZIP code is illustrative and does not constitute a guarantee or projection of future income, transactions, or revenue share earnings.
5. Right of Refusal: Affirm Mastermind reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, decline program participation, or reject any application for any reason to ensure professional fit.

Affirm Mastermind is an independent entity. Where applicable, real estate brokerage services are brokered by eXp Realty. All branding and operations comply with standard legal brokerage disclosure requirements.
